Cette année à Alba se tient la 94ème édition de l’évènement le plus important pour les amateurs des précieuses truffes blanches. La ville se pare pour accueillir ses hôtes et valoriser l’excellence locale. Le programme prévoit des rencontres avec de grands chefs, une analyse sensorielle de la truffe, des dégustations de vins et divers évènements du folklore local.
