Die nunmehr 94. Trüffelmesse ist eines der wichtigsten internationalen Events für Kenner und Liebhaber des weißen Albatrüffels. Zu diesem Anlass putzt sich die Stadt festlich heraus und heißt ihre Gäste mit einer Präsentation der erstklassigen heimischen Produkte willkommen. Das Programm umfasst Treffen mit bekannten Küchenchefs aus der Region, sensorische Analysen der Trüffel, Weinverkostungen und interessante Brauchtumsveranstaltungen.
