Would you like to go home from your holiday in the Langhe (Piemonte, Italy) having cooked our traditional dishes?
In our Cooking Classes you’ll prepare typical dishes from our regional cuisine and traditional Italian recipes easily, without leaving Cascina Bricchetto, at the time and date that suit you.

How does it works?

You don’t need to be a Michelin-starred chef to cook delicious food, all you need is curiosity, an apron and a little enthusiasm. Giovanna and Elena will guide you through the preparation of “tajarin” (tagliolini) or tagliatelle, ravioli or lasagne, vegetarian, meat or fish antipasti, vegetarian or meat main courses, desserts or cakes… and much more!

You’ll experience my family’s “home cooking”, created over generations and added to along the way to become as unique and diverse as any other family’s.
Our recipes will help you to recreate at home the dishes prepared together. Giovanna will be on hand to answer your questions and toast (virtually) your successes.
And after that? It’s time to eat, of course!

In your holiday home you’ll sample all the dishes you’ve prepared, accompanied – naturally – by the appropriate wines!
